After six years in River North, Catapult Chicago has relocated a fully renovated office located on the 52nd floor of The Franklin building at 227 W. Monroe in the Loop.
The new space offers nearly 12,000 square feet with 22 individual offices featuring lake views. Residents are able to choose between small, medium, large, and corner suites that best fit their scaling needs. Communal areas include open co-working, conference rooms, phone booths, and a separate kitchen and rec room area that provides companies with a place to play that doesn’t disturb others while working. The move was made possible with the help of Catapult sponsors CBIZ Gibraltar, BIG Construction, ServerCentral, and Ware Malcomb.
Along with a new location comes a new look for the Catapult space. Executive Director Caitlin McAllister worked closely with BIG Construction and Ware Malcomb to to make the space truly unique. “The new space is transformative for Catapult. It has allowed us to expand our model, which means more room for Chicago’s best and brightest, but it also is so beautiful and open. These 52nd story views take your breath away and provide so much natural light. The whole space flows naturally, servers a purpose, and provides lots of pockets of privacy for our co-workers. We couldn’t be happier.”
A variety of offices are still available for qualifying companies. For more information, please visit catapultchicago.com.
